Winter League – Update

please note that we currently have 12 team booked for the winter league starting on the 22nd October. The team are as follows, Trentside – Sonic Baits, Map-Diawa – Drennen Northwest, Nathans – Red, Nathans – Blue, Browning Lifestyle, Cudmore – Garbolino – Matrix, Norfolf & Chance, Cudmore Club Cottons, Move it Man, Bait Tech – Garbolino, Ted Carters Southport, Edgeley Sports.

All teams need to confirm before the 16th October, if you have not already.

Pleasure / Carp Anglers are recording some great catches currently. On the pleasure side we are regularly seeing over 100lbs of fish being caught. Carp/ Specimen anglers are returning with reports of Carp over 30lbs from Tara and Avoca and cats have been recorded up to 63lbs.

Note to all anglers

litter is an ongoing problem for the fishery and wildlife, we spend many an hour collecting litter thrown under bushes and down the banks behind the lakes. It’s important that all anglers respect the wildlife and fishery rules by ensure that their pegs are left without rubbish. Regular checks will be made and any rubbish left on the pegs, will be deemed as the current occupying anglers. Failure to remove your rubbish could result in you being asked to leave the fishery and a ban putting in place. A large Skip is in place at the fishery so you have now excuses.

Please help us keep the fishery looking great and remove your rubbish.

Tight Lines and enjoy your fishing. The team at Cudmore
